appointment with nurse manage who as usual was very efficient whilst at the same time carrying out the necessary tests in a friendly manner . The reception staff also are friendly and efficient

A pretty good medical center.

Have been with this doctors surgery for around a decade now! Thankfully I don't need to come often but when I do they provide a a great service. Receptionists ok. The odd time they've been unhelpful and seem to not know what they are doing but that's a rarity!
I always try to get my same doctor who is brilliant and thorough and don't fob you off! Can't say the 'fill In' doctors are that helpful and tend not to read previous notes etc but that's personally why I keep to my preferred doctor.
Nurses are all friendly and polite.
Prescriptions sometime lost and slow to sort out so that could be improved!

Always able to get an appointment

Been at this surgery for 4/5 years now. Never had a problem with getting an appointment and I work full time so I’m limited to evenings and Saturday mornings. Reception staff are always friends and GP’s listen and ensure you are happy with this course of action. On a couple of occasions I’ve encountered locum doctors but again they seem to have similar attitude to registered GP’s at this practice.
